Hi. I’m Brittany. I’m a researcher, reader, writer, storyteller, and lifelong learner who believes that thoughtful questions can change the way we see our lives and our work.

I hold a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and have spent more than 15 years supporting leaders, teams, and individuals as they grow, learn, and navigate change.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to coach and advise individuals, lead teams, design leadership development programs, develop curriculum, facilitate trainings, and help organizations think strategically about the future. I’m especially drawn to the moments when people pause to reflect, ask bigger questions, and consider what comes next.

Outside of my professional work, I’m someone who finds joy in small things; a good cup of coffee, a great book, long conversations, and time spent outdoors. I’m married to my partner, Cooper, and recently experienced one of my life’s most meaningful transitions: becoming a mom.

Life has also given me a few unexpected challenges along the way. As a two-time cancer survivor and career changer, I’ve experienced firsthand how moments of uncertainty can reshape our priorities and deepen our appreciation for the things that matter most.

I’m honored to be involved in my community through the Junior League of Dayton. I have been recognized as a Delta Zeta 30 Under 30 Awardee and a Dayton Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.

I’m curious about people, passionate about learning, and drawn to conversations that help us see our lives and work a little more clearly. I can’t wait to start a conversation with you!
